Len regularly conducts workshops in composition for young people as Artistic Director of the internationally-recognized Pikes Peak Young Composers organization - www.pikespeakyoungcomposers.org - whose mission is to teach and encourage composition to students K-12.
As U.S. Coordinator for Trinity College London, Len gave workshops throughout the USA introducing teachers and students to the graded music examinations system.
